Your Android estate,
fully managed.
BEAM is the managed device service from BAYTON - running the enrolment, policy, security and day-to-day admin of your Android estate, so your team never has to touch a management console.
Is the thought of managing an estate of Android devices a bit daunting? Leave it with BAYTON.
BEAM is the natural continuation of the mobility management BAYTON already provides, drawing on globally renowned Android Enterprise expertise proven across NGOs, carriers and global businesses. Rather than buying a console and learning to run it yourself, you hand the estate to BAYTON - and onboarding, offboarding and the day-to-day in between are taken care of.
You stay in control
Full visibility and reporting on your estate, on request - without running the day-to-day yourself.
No infrastructure
Nothing to host, patch or maintain. The platform and the licence are ours to run.
One point of contact
A managed relationship with a known team, not a ticket queue and a knowledge base.
Scales with you
From a handful of handsets to thousands of devices across multiple sites.
Built for estates that can't afford downtime
If your people depend on Android devices to do their job, BEAM keeps those devices working - quietly, in the background.
Frontline & field teams
Handsets and rugged devices in the field, locked to the apps the job needs and recoverable the moment one goes missing.
Shared & assignedRetail & kiosk
Single-purpose tablets and point-of-sale devices that stay on-task - no wandering off into settings or the open web.
Kiosk & lockdownLogistics & transport
Scanners and in-cab devices spread across sites and vehicles, managed centrally and updated without recalling a thing.
Distributed estateRegulated & NGO
Where compliance and a clear audit trail matter, every action is logged and reportable - wherever your people are working.
Audit-readyEverything an estate needs - handled for you
The full lifecycle of enterprise Android, managed end to end. These are the things BAYTON takes off your plate.
Enrolment & onboarding
BAYTON configures the enrolment tooling - Android Zero-touch, Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment, Zebra StageNow and more - so your devices are ready to enrol the moment they're switched on. No staging line, no manual setup.
Policy & compliance
BAYTON designs, applies and enforces the right policies per group of devices - and keeps them compliant as your needs change.
App management
The apps your teams need, deployed and restricted through managed Google Play - installed, updated and tidied up without IT lifting a finger.
Security actions
Lock, wipe, locate, lost-mode and password reset on demand. A device goes missing, you flag it, it's handled in minutes.
Visibility & audit
Device status, location history and a full audit trail of every action - reported back to you whenever you want a view.
Automation & workflows
Routine responses - on a schedule or triggered by a device event - set up to run themselves, so nothing waits on a human.
Support & troubleshooting
No estate runs entirely without issues. When one arises, it's met by some of the most respected Android Enterprise experts in the industry - SLA-backed, and with the depth of experience to understand what's really going on and put it right.
The difference is who does the work
The same powerful management, two very different days. One of them isn't yours to worry about.

Questions, answered
Is this just an MDM I have to run?+
No. There's powerful management technology under the hood, but you never touch it. BEAM is a managed service - BAYTON operates the platform on your behalf and delivers the outcome. You get a well-run estate, not another console to learn.
Which devices do you support?+
Enterprise Android, built on Google's Android Management API. Whether it's field handsets, kiosks, shared tablets or knowledge-worker devices, BEAM covers the full lifecycle.
What about ChromeOS, iOS, Windows or macOS?+
BEAM is an Android-only service today. ChromeOS is on the roadmap and will follow once it's ready to meet the same managed-service bar; iOS, Windows and macOS aren't in scope. If your estate is mixed, get in touch - BAYTON can advise on the Android side and point you in the right direction for the rest.
Do I need my own infrastructure or licences?+
No. The device management licence is included in the per-device price, and there's nothing for you to host, patch or maintain. That's all on BAYTON.
Do I lose visibility or control?+
Not at all. You keep oversight through reporting and a single point of contact, and you can request a full view of device status and the audit trail whenever you need it. BAYTON carries the operational load; you keep the picture.
Can you take on devices that are already enrolled?+
Yes. Existing devices can usually be migrated into BEAM as part of onboarding, alongside enrolling new ones. Where a device can't be moved - or has to stay on its current MDM - BAYTON manages it there instead, for the same price: you're paying for the management, not the platform. Either way, BAYTON scopes the transition so nothing drops out of compliance along the way.
What does it cost and how long am I tied in?+
£0.60 per device per month is the standard rate, on a 24-month term billed annually (£7.20 per device). Shorter terms - 12-month and monthly rolling - cost a little more, while longer commitments of 36 to 60 months bring it down to £0.51. Enhanced support is available on request. Get started and the price is sized to your estate.
